A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
SAN RAFAEL AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 7266 AND
SETTING THE SALARY OF THE CITY ATTORNEY
Effective July 1, 1986, the City Attorney shall be
compensated as follows: $5,000 per month.
This resolution shall take effect upon its adoption.
I, JEANNE M. LEONCINI, Clerk of the City of San Rafael,
hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was duly and regularly
introduced and adopted at a regular meeting of the Council of said
City on Mondav , the 7th day of July ,
1986, by the following vote, to wit:
AYES: COUNCILMEMBERS: Breiner, Frugoli, Nave, Russom & Mayor Mulryan
NOES: COUNCILMEMBERS: None
