A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN RAFAEL
DIRECTING STAFF TO FILE A NOTICE OF MERGER
ON CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY AT 27 STEVENS PLACE
(AP 14-011-19 AND 14-011-20)
WHEREAS, on June 20, 1986, the owner of the subject
property was sent by certified mail a Notice of Intention to
Determine Status Prior to Recording Notice of Merger on the
above -noted property; and
WHEREAS, this Notice of Intention identified a City
Council meeting date of July 21, 1986, at which this item would
be scheduled and reviewed; and
WHEREAS, the City Council has determined that the
above -noted property is subject to merger under Section 15.10.010
of the City of San Rafael Municipal Code pursuant to Section
66451.11 of the California Government Code for the following
reasons:
(a) The subject property consists of two contiguous parcels
in common ownership, both of which are less than
the 5,000 square feet minimum required; and
(b) One of the parcels is not developed with a building
for which a permit has been issued by the City.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the San Rafael
City Council identifies a lot merger on the subject property
and directs staff to file a Notice of Merger legally merging
County Assessor's Parcel Numbers 14-011-19 and 14-011-20 in
accordance with Section 15.10.020 of the San Rafael Subdivision
Ordinance.
I, JEANNE M. LEONCINI, Clerk of the City of San Rafael,
hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was duly and regularly
introduced and adopted at a regular meeting of the Council
of said City on Monday , the 21st day of July
1986, by the following vote, to wit:
