RESOLUTION ACCEPTING ENGINEER'S REPORT AND SETTING HEARING
OF PROTESTS
KERNER BOULEVARD REFUNDING ASSESSMENT DISTRICT
The City Council of the City of San Rafael resolves:
1. At the direction of this City Council,
Oberkamper & Associates, Engineer, as the qualified person
employed for these reassessment proceedings to prepare the
report described in Section 9523 of the Streets and Highways
Code, has filed said report with the City Clerk. This Council
accepts the report without modification, for the purpose of
conducting a hearing of protests to the proposed reassessments
as described in the report.
2. This Council sets 8:00 P.M. on August 18, 1986, in
the Chambers of the City Council, located at 1400 Fifth Avenue,
San Rafael, California, as the time and place for hearing
protests to the proposed reassessment.
3. The City Clerk is directed to publish and mail the
notices of hearing required by Section 9527 of the Streets and
Highways Code and to file an affidait of compliance. The notice
shall be published in the INDEPENDENT JOURNAL.
I, JEANNE M. LEONCINI, Clerk of the City of San
Rafael, California, hereby certify that the foregoing resolution
was duly and regularly introduced and adopted at a regular
meeting of the Council of said City held on the 21st day of
July, 1986, by the following vote, to wit:
