A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
SAN RAFAEL AUTHORIZING EIGHT THOUSAND DOLLARS ($8,000)
FOR THE EAST SAN RAFAEL JITNEY PROGRAM
WHEREAS, the San Rafael City Council, at a regular
meeting on Monday, July 21, 1986, authorized Seventeen
Thousand Dollars ($17,000) from unappropriated reserves
with an Eight Thousand Dollar ($8,000) contingency at a
later date, awaiting a breakdown of proposed promotion
costs and a review by Councilmember Jerry Russom; and
WHEREAS, we have received a program outline and budget
for the jitney project, and Councilmember Russom has expressed
satisfaction with the promotional marketing program.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council
of the City of San Rafael hereby authorizes the additional
Eight Thousand Dollar ($8,000) contribution for a total
contribution of Twenty -Five Thousand Dollars ($25,000)
for the East San Rafael Jitney Program.
I, JEANNE M. LEONCINI, Clerk of the City of San Rafael,
hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was duly and
regularly introduced and adopted at a regular meeting of
the Council of said City on Mondav , the 18th
day of Auqust 1986, by the following vote, to
wit.
