CITY OF SAN RAFAEL
PRESENTS THIS

TO
GLENWOOD CHILDREN'S CENTER STAFF
WHEREAS, the City of San Rafael operates a Child Care Program at the
local elementary schools in San Rafael; and
WHEREAS, the purpose of the program is to provide a safe,
recreational and learning environment for children after
school and throughout the summer; and
WHEREAS, the child care employees are charged with the responsibility
of supervising said program; and
WHEREAS, this summer program includes a variety of field trips which
on August 13th required extraordinary actions and skill on
the part of the Glenwood Children's Center staff.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Mayor and City Council
gratefully acknowledge Marian Carter-Idzerda, Becky O'Brien
and Loudi Rivamonte for their exceptional performance in the
emergency situation and to the other Glenwood staff members
Janine Lagardere, Dianna Becker, Mike McGrath, Kellie Smith
and Jamee Viola for their outstanding support and
assistance.
