A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
SAN RAFAEL AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 7369 AMENDING
THE 1985/86 BUDGET
WHEREAS, the City Council approved Resolution 7369
amending the 1985/86 budget; and
WHEREAS, additional funds are required for City
operations; and
WHEREAS, the City Manager has submitted to the City
Council a report outlining the additional budget items; and
WHEREAS, after examination, deliberation and due
consideration, the City Council has approved the same; and
WHEREAS, a copy of the amended budget is attached hereto
and made a part hereof and is designated as Exhibit "A".
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the San Rafael City
Council that Resolution 7369 is amended to provide an additional
$286,169.

California, hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was duly
and regularly introduced and adopted at a regular meeting of the
Council of said City on Tuesday. , the _end day of
