A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF SAN RAFAEL ADOPTING PROGRAM SUPPLEMENT NO.
8 TO CITY-STATE AGREEMENT NO. 04-5043 FOR
FUNDING OF FEDERAL AID PROJECT NO. ER -1272(1)
FOR REIMBURSEMENT OF REPAIR WORK ON ANDERSEN
DRIVE, SUMMIT AVENUE AND MANDERLY ROAD
(EFFECTIVE 2-12-86)
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN RAFAEL, MARIN
COUNTY, CALIFORNIA, HEREBY RESOLVES that the Mayor and City Clerk
are authorized to execute, on behalf of said City, Program
Supplement No. 8 to City -State Agreement No. 04-5043 for funding of
Federal Aid Project No. ER -1272(1) for reimbursement of repair work
on Andersen Drive, Summit Avenue, and Manderly Road, attached hereto
and incorporated herein by reference.
I, JEANNE M. LEONCINI, Clerk of the City of San Rafael,
hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was duly and regularly
introduced and adopted at a regular meeting of the Council of said
City on Tuesday, the 2nd day of September, 1986, by the following
vote, to wit:

This Program Supplement is hereby Incorporated into the Local Agency -State Agreement
for Federal -Aid which was entered Into between the LOCAL AGENCY and the STATE on
6-19,78 and is subject to all the terms and conditions thereof. This Program
Supplement is adopted in accordance with Paragraph 2 of Article 11 of the aforementioned
Master Agreement under authority of Resolution No._749A approved by the
LOCAL AGENCY on 9/2/86 (See copy attached).
The Local Agency further stipulates that as a condition to payment of funds obligated to this project.
It accepts and will comply with the convenants or remarks set forth on the following pagoa.

SPECIAL COVENANTS OR REMARKS
1. In executing this Program Supplemental Agreement the Local
Agency hereby reaffirms the "Nondiscrimination Assurances"
contained in the aforementioned Master Agreement for
Federal -Aid Programs.
2. The Local Agency will advertise, award, and administer this
project and will obtain the State's concurrence prior to
either award or rejection of the contract.
3. The Local Agency agrees the payment of Federal funds will be
limited to the Detail Estimate amounts approved by the
Federal Highway Administration in the Federal -Aid Project
Agreement (PR -2), or its modification (PR -2A), and accepts
any increases in Local Agency Funds as shown on the Finance
or Bid Letter or its modification as prepared by the Office
of Local Assistance.
4. The effective date of this agreement is 2-12-86
5. Federal funds may be adjusted due to proration for entire program.
