RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
SAN RAFAEL AUTHORIZING EXPENDITURE OF $7,300 FOR
EMERGENCY GENERATOR AT PEACOCK GAP STORM WATER
PUMP STATION
The City Council of the City of San Rafael hereby resolves:
The City Council hereby authorizes the expenditure of
$7,300 from unencumbered reserves to fund a portion of the emergency
generator installation at the Peacock Gap Storm Water Pump Station.
I, JEANNE M. LEONCINI, Clerk of the City of San Rafael,
hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was duly and regularly
introduced and adopted at a regular meeting of the Council of said
City on Monday, the 1st day of December, 1986, by the following vote,
to wi t:
AYES: COUNCILMEMBERS: Breiner, Frugoli, Nave & Mayor Mulryan
NOES: COUNCILMEMBERS: None
