RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN RAFAEL
AUTHORIZING AN EXPENDITURE OF $2,500 FOR EMERGENCY
STRUCTURAL REPAIRS TO NORTH AND WEST CHIMNEYS OF FALKIRK
CULTURAL CENTER
WHEREAS, architect, Morris Finisy, has recommended
emergency repairs of the north and west chimneys of the
Falkirk Cultural Center; and
WHEREAS, these repairs will eliminate a safety hazard,
and prevent possible structural failure and damage to
Falkirk; and
WHEREAS, staff recommends immediate repair of the north
and west chimneys of Falkirk.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED the City Council of the
City of San Rafael hereby authorizes an expenditure of
$2,500 for emergency repair of the north and west chimneys
of Falkirk Cultural Center.
I, JEANNE M. LEONCINI, Clerk of the City of San Rafael
hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was duly and
regularly introduced and adopted at a Regular meeting
of the City Council of said City held on Mondav the
15th day of December , 1986, by the following
vote, to wit:
AYES: COUNCILMEMBERS: Breiner, Frugoli, Nave & Mayor Mulryan
NOES: COUNCILMEMBERS: None
