A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF SAN RAFAEL APPOINTING
CITY MANAGER
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN RAFAEL RESOLVES as follows:
PAMELA J. NICOLAI is hereby appointed City Manager of the
City of San Rafael, effective December 20, 1985, at a salary
of $5,000 per month.
I, JEANNE M. LEONCINI, Clerk of the City of San Rafael,
hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was duly and
regularly introduced and adopted at a Regular meeting of the
City Council of said City held on Monday the Sixth
day of January , 1986 , by the following vote, to wit:
AYES: COUNCILMEMBERS: Breiner, Frugoli, Nave, Russom & Mayor Mulryan
NOES: COUNCILMEMBERS:None
