A RESOLUTION OF THE SAN RAFAEL CITY COUNCIL
AUTHORIZING THE PURCHASE OF A FIRE ENGINE
UTILIZING EQUIPMENT REPLACEMENT FUNDS
WHEREAS, the San Rafael City Council authorized Fire De-
partment Staff to solicit bids for a new Fire Engine; and
WHEREAS, specifications were drawn and bids were solicited
for this item; and
WHEREAS, these bids have been received and reviewed by
Fire Department Staff;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the San Rafael City Council
that the following action be taken:
That Seagrave Fire Apparatus, Inc. of Clintonville, WI, Be
designated as low bidder for the Fire Engine in the amount of $135,695.
I, JEANNE M. LEONCINI, Clerk of the City of San Rafael,
hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was duly and regularly
introduced and adopted at a regular meeting of the Council of said
City on Monday day of January 20th 1986, by
the following vote, to wit:
AYES: COUNCILMEMBER:Breiner, Frugoli, Nave, Russom & Mayor Mulryan
NOES: COUITC I LMEMBER: None
