RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
SAN RAFAEL EXTENDING THE AGREEMENT WITH DONALD
MILLS FOR THE GRAZING OF SHEEP IN TERRA LINDA
OPEN SPACE LANDS
Upon application of Donald Mills therefor, and due cause
being shown this City Council,
IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED that the time within which the grazing
of sheep in Terra Linda Open Space Lands provided for in that certain
Agreement between the CITY OF SAN RAFAEL and DONALD MILLS, be and it is
hereby extended to and including the 6th day of February, 1987.
I, JEANNE M. LEONCINI, Clerk of the City of San Rafael,
hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was duly and regularly
introduced and adopted at a regular meeting of the Council of said City
held on the 18th day of February, 1986.
