A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF SAN RAFAEL TO SET THE APPLICATION
FEE FOR FORTUNE-TELLING PERMITS
WHEREAS, the City Council is required by San Rafael Municipal
Code Section 8.12.051(a) to set the application fee for fortune-telling
permits.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the application fee for such
fortune-telling permit shall be three hundred dollars ($300.00).
I, JEANNE M. LEONCINI, Clerk of the city of San Rafael, hereby
certify that the foregoing resolution was duly and regularly introduced and
adopted at a Regular meeting of the City Council of said city held on
Tuesday the 18th day of February , 1986, by
the following vote, to wit:
AYES: COUNCILMEMBERS: Breiner, Frugoli, Nave, Russom & Mayor Mulryan
NOES: COUNCILMEMBERS: None
