A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF SAN RAFAEL AUTHORIZING THE PURCHASE OF
ONE (1) UTILITY PATROL BOAT UTILIZING
EQUIPMENT REPLACEMENT FUNDS
(WITH DIESEL ENGINE)
WHEREAS, the San Rafael City Council authorized replacement
of this Patrol Boat; and
WHEREAS, specifications were drawn and bids solicited for
this Patrol Boat; and
WHEREAS, bids have been received and reviewed by the Police
Department staff.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the San Rafael City
Council that the following action be taken: Purchase the following
award of bid: One (1) Utility Patrol Boat per specifications and bid
received from Modutek Marine Inc., for the amount of $116,600.00.
I, JEANNE M. LEONCINI, Clerk of the City of San Rafael,
hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was duly and regularly
introduced and adopted at a regular meeting of the Council of said
City on Tuesday , the 18th day of February , 1986, by the
following vote, to wit:
