RESOLUTION APPROVING SECOND AMENDED COST ESTIMATE
AND ASSESSMENT ROLL
SUN VALLEY OPEN SPACE ASSESSMENT DISTRICT
The City Council of the City of San Rafael resolves:
1. The Engineer of Work for improvement proceedings in
the Sun Valley Open Space Assessment District has filed with the
City Clerk a Second Amended Cost Estimate and Assessment Roll for
Sun Valley Open Space Assessment District, City of San Rafael, Marin
County, California. This Council approves the Second Amended Cost
Estimate and Assessment Roll.
2. The City Clerk and the Public Works Director are
directed to incorporate this Second Amended Cost Estimate and
Assessment Roll as Exhibits A and B, respectively, of the Amended
Engineer's Report approved by the Council on September 16, 1985, on
file in their offices.

California, hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was duly
and regularly introduced and adopted at a regular meeting of the
Council of said City held on the 18th day of February, 1986, by the
following vote, to wit:
