A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
SAN RAFAEL AUTHORIZING THE PURCHASE OF ONE (1)
TRUCK MOUNTED SEWER RODDER UTILIZING EQUIPMENT
REPLACEMENT FUNDS
WHEREAS, the San Rafael City Council authorized
replacement of this truck mounted sewer rodder; and
WHEREAS, specifications were drawn and bids solicited for
this truck mounted sewer rodder; and
WHEREAS, bids have been received by the General Services
Department staff.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the San Rafael City
Council that the following action be taken: Purchase the following
award of bid, One Aquatech Model No. SR -312-39 Sewer Rodder Truck
Mounted per specifications and bid received from Steve Snyder
Chevrolet for the amount of $35,812.154 lowest responsible bid that
meet specifications.
I, JEANNE M. LEONCINI, Clerk of the City of San Rafael,
hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was duly and regularly
introduced and adopted at a regular meeting of the Council of said
City on Monday , the 17th day of March ,
1986, by the following vote, to wit:
AYES: COUNCILMEMBERS: Breiner, Frugoli, Nave, Russom & Mayor Mulryan
NOES: COUNCILMEMBERS: None
