RESOLUTION COMMITTING LOCAL FUNDS TO
INTERCHANGE IMPROVEMENTS AT HIGHWAY 101
AND LUCAS VALLEY ROAD
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN RAFAEL HEREBY
RESOLVES as follows:
The City of San Rafael hereby commits to 100 percent
funding of the said interchange improvements to the southbound on
and off ramps at Lucas Valley Road and State Highway 101.
I, JEANNE M. LEONCINI, Clerk of the City of San Rafael,
California, hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was duly
and regularly introduced and adopted at a regular meeting of the
Council of said City held on the 17th day of March, 1986, by the
following vote, to wit:
AYES: COUNCILMEMBERS: Breiner, Frugoli, Nave, Russom & Mayor Mulryan
NOES: COUNCILMEMBERS: None
ABSENT: COUNCILMEMBERS: None
