WHEREAS, Stewart R. Andrew has given three years of dedicated legal
service to the City of San Rafael as an Assistant City
Attorney; and
WHEREAS, Stewart's commitment to excellence in, and his vast
background and knowledge of
g principles of Municipal Law
greatly contributed to the well-being of the City; and
WHEREAS, Stewart, during his association with San Rafael, exemplified
many fine qualities of public service including leadership,
dedication, and commitment to providing the City with the
finest of legal services; and
WHEREAS, Stewart's high standards, integrity, enthusiasm and
commitment to excellence have gained him the respect and
admiration of his colleagues.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of
San Rafael, in grateful acknowledgement of Stewart R.
Andrew's outstanding record of service to the Citv of San
Rafael, its employees and residents, expresses sincere
appreciation and warm-hearted wishes for a long, happy,
healthy, and fruitlCul life in the San Juan Islands.
