RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
SAN RAFAEL ACCEPTING CONVEYANCE OF REAL
P R O P E R T Y F R O M H B C O N E, L T D.
WHEREAS, the public interest, convenience, necessity and
welfare require that the real property hereinafter mentioned be ac-
cepted and used for the benefit of the public of the City of San
Rafael, California;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the
City of San Rafael, California, does hereby accept that certain
grant deed from HBC One, Ltd., a California limited partnership, for
and on behalf of the City of San Rafael and the real property described
therein, all as more particularly described and set forth in the at-
tachment hereto and incorporated herein by reference, and the Clerk of
said City is hereby directed to cause said deed to be duly recorded in
the Office of the County recorder of the County of Marin, State of
California, forthwith upon the adoption of this resolution.
I, JEANNE M. LEONCINI, Clerk of the City of San Rafael,
California, hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was duly and
regularly introduced and adopted at a regular meeting of the Council of
said City held on the 21st day of April, 1986, by the following vote,
to wit:

All of that real property situate in the City of San Rafael, County of
Marin, State of California, described as follows:
A portion of Lot 2 as said Lot is shown on that certain map entitled "Map
of Quail Hill, San Rafael, California", recorded May 24, 1972 in Volume
15 of Maps at page 22, Marin County Records, more particularly
described as follows:
BEGINNING at the Northwesterly corner of the hereinabove described
Lot 2; thence along the Northerly line of said Lot 2 South 76° 30' 00"
East 200.29 feet; thence along the arc of a tangent curve to the right
having a radius of 30.00 feet through a central angle of 690 30' 0011, an
arS length of 36.39 feet; thence tangent to the preceding curve South
07 00' 00" East 10.68 feet to a point of cusp; thence from said point of
cusp aloy the arc of a curve to the Northwest having a radial bearing of
South 83 00' 00" West and a radius of 30.00 feet through a central angle
of 69° 30' 001', an arc length of 36.39 feet; thence parallel to the above
described Northerly line of Lot 2 North 76° 30' 00" West 196.67 to a
point in a Westerly line of said Lot 2; thence along said Westerly line
North 22° 51' 22" West 12.42 feet to the point of beginning and the
terminus of this description, containing 2193 square feet, more or less.
