A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN RAFAEL
AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 7225 PERTAINING TO
THE COMPENSATION FOR MANAGEMENT AND MID -MANAGEMENT EMPLOYEES
(Re: Principal Planner Position)
WHEREAS, Resolution 7225 dated November 18, 1985,
which pertains to the compensation for management and mid -management
employees has been executed and adopted; and
WHEREAS, a Principal Planner position to be covered
by this Resolution needs to be established; and
WHEREAS, funds have been authorized in the 1985/86
budget for this position.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council
of the City of San Rafael as follows:

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of
the City of San Rafael adopts the proposed San Rafael General
Plan Amendment.

hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was duly and regularly
introduced and adopted at a regular meeting of the Council
of said City on Monday , the 21st day of April ,
