A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
SAN RAFAEL AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF APPLICATIONS
FOR PERMITS FROM BAY CONSERVATION AND DEVELOPMENT
COMMISSION TO REPAIR LEVEES
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN RAFAEL HEREBY RESOLVES
as follows:
The Mayor and City Clerk are authorized to execute, on
behalf of the City of San Rafael, applications for permits from
the San Francisco Bay Conservation and Development Commission to
perform levee repair work when necessary so as to preclude flooding
should there be a levee failure; a copy of said application is on
file in the Department of Public Works and is incorporated herein
by this reference.
I, JEANNE M. LEONCINI, City Clerk of the City of San
Rafael, California, hereby certify that the foregoing resolution
was duly and regularly introduced and adopted at a regular meeting
of the Council of said City held on the 19th day of August, 1985,
by the following vote, to wit:
AYES: COUNCILMEMBERS: Breiner, Frugoli, Nave, Russom & Mayor Mulryan
NOES: COUNCILMEMBERS: None
ABSENT: COUNCILMEMBERS: None
