RESOLUTION FIXING THE RATE OF TAXES
FOR FISCAL YEAR 1985-86
BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED that THE TERRA LINDA
ANNEXATION, tax rate area 8-026, 8-027 and 8-029, formerly
known as Terra Linda Community Services District (which
includes the former Terra Linda Recreation -Park District)
and tax rate area 60-006, 89-040, 89-041, 89-043, 89-015,
and 89-016, formerly known as San Rafael Meadows; and the
parcels included within the Knocknaboul annexation area,
will not be assessed for payment of debt service on the
general obligation Sewer Bonds in the sum of $.004. Accord-
ingly, the tax rate for this tax rate area is hereby fixed
as follows for each $100.00 of full valuation:
For payment of principal and interest on
general obligation Open Space Bonds and
Terra Linda Recreation District bonds
assumed by City of San Rafael . . . . . $.007
I, JEANNE M. LEONCINI, City Clerk of the City
of San Rafael, do hereby certify that the foregoing resolu-
tion was duly and regularly introduced and adopted at a
regular meeting of the City Council of said City held on
Tuesday , the Th.ird day of SeptemhPr
1985, by the following vote, to wit:

NOES: COUNCILMEMBERS: None
