A RESOLUTION OF THE SAN RAFAEL CITY COUNCIL
AUTHORIZING THE PURCHASE OF FIRE HOSE UTILIZING
FUNDS FROM THE CAPITAL OUTLAY BUDGET
WHEREAS, the San Rafael City Council authorized the fire
Department to solicit bids for Fire Hose; and
WHEREAS, specifications were prepared and bids were solic-
ited for this item; and
Staff;
WHEREAS, these bids have been reviewed by Fire Department
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the San Rafael City Council
that the following action be taken:
That L. N. Curtis & Sons of Oakland, California, be desig-
nated as low bidder for the Fire Hose in the amount of $62,217.64.
I, JEANNE M. LEONCINI, Clerk of the City of San Rafael,
hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was duly and
regularly introduced and adopted at a regular meeting of the
Council of said City on Seventh day of October ,
1985, by the following vote, to wit:
AYES: COUNCILMEMBER: Breiner, Frugoli, Nave, Russom & Mayor Mulryan
NOES: COUNCILMEMBER: None
ABSENT: COUNCILMEMBER: None
