RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN RAFAEL
ADOPTING PROGRAM SUPPLEMENT TO CITY/STATE AGREEMENT NO. 04-5043
FOR FUNDING OF FEDERAL AID PROJECT NO. HES-E 009 (1)
FOR SAFETY IMPROVEMENTS ON SECOND STREET
BETWEEN HETHERTON AND IRWIN STREETS
The City Council of the City of San Rafael, Marin
County, California, hereby resolves that the Mayor and City Clerk
are authorized to execute, on behalf of said City, Program
Supplement No. 7 to City/State Agreement No. 04-5043 for funding
of Federal Aid Project No. HES-E 009(1) for safety improvements
to Second Street from Hetherton Street to Irwin Street.
I, JEANNE M. LEONCINI, Clerk of the City of San
Rafael, California, hereby certify that the foregoing resolution
was duly and regularly introduced and adopted at a regular meet-
ing of the Council of said City held on the 4th day of November,
1985, by the following vote, to wit:
