RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF SAN RAFAEL AUTHORIZING THE SIGNING
OF GRANT DEED OF EASEMENT FOR INGRESS,
EGRESS, AND UNDERGROUND UTILITIES TO MARIN
ROD AND GUN CLUB..
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN RAFAEL HEREBY
RESOLVES as follows:
The Mayor and City Clerk are authorized to execute, on
behalf of the City of San Rafael, a grant deed of easement for
ingress, egress, and underground utilities to the Marin Rod and Gun
Club, a copy of which is attached hereto, and incorporated herein
by this reference.
I, JEANNE M. LEONCINI, Clerk of the City of San Rafael,
California, hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was duly
and regularly introduced and adopted at a regular meeting of the
Council of said City held on the 18th day of November, 1985, by the
following vote, to wit:
AYES: COUNCILMEMBER:Breiner, Frugoli, Nave, Russom & Mayor Mulryan
