RESOLUTION APPROVING AMENDED BOUNDARY MAP
CIVIC CENTER - NORTHGATE ASSESSMENT DISTRICT
The City Council of the City of San Rafael resolves:
A map entitled "Amended Boundaries, Civic Center -
Northgate Assessment District, City of San Rafael, State of
California," has been filed with the City Clerk.
This Council approves the amended map and adopts the
boundaries shown on the amended map as describing the extent of the
territory included in a proposed assessment district known as Civic
Center - Northgate Assessment District, City of San Rafael, Marin
County, California.
This Council finds that the amended map is in the form and
contains the matters prescribed by Section 3110 of the California
Streets and Highways Code.
This Amended Boundary Map amends the Boundary Map recorded
on May 11, 1984, in Book 2 of Maps of Assessment Districts at. page
91 thereof, in the office of the County Recorder of the County of
Marin.
This Council directs the City Clerk to certify the
adoption of this resolution on the face of the amended map, and to
file a copy of the amended map with the County Recorder for
placement in the Book of Maps of Assessment Districts.
I, JEANNE M. LEONCINI, Clerk of the City of San Rafael,
California, hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was duly
and regularly introduced and adopted at a regular meeting of the
Council of said City held on the 18th day of November, 1985, by the
following vote, to wit:
AYES: COUNCILMEMBERS: Breiner, Frugoli, Nave, Russom & Mayor Mulryan
NOES: COUNCILMEMBERS: None
ABSENT: COUNCILMEMBERS: None
