A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
SAN RAFAEL AWARDING WORKER'S COMPENSATION INSURANCE
FOR THE YEAR 1986
WHEREAS, the City's Worker's Compensation Insurance
expires on December 8, 1985; and
WHEREAS, a bid of 14.55¢ per $100 of payroll was
submitted by Minto & Wilke for renewal of our Worker's Compen-
sation Insurance.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the San Rafael City
Council hereby awards the Worker's Compensation Insurance to
Employees Reinsurance Corp. as proposed by Minto & Wilke effective
December 8, 1985.
I, JEANNE M. LEONCINI, Clerk of the City of San Rafael,
hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was duly and regularly
introduced and adopted at a regular meeting of the Council of said
City on Monday , the 16thday of December 1985, by the
following vote, to wit:
