A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE SIGNING OF A
CONTRACT, LEASE OR AGREEMENT
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN RAFAEL RESOLVES as follows:
The MAYOR and CITY CLERK are authorized to execute, on behalf of
the City of San Rafael, a contract, lease or agreement with
R. L. KAUTZ AND COMPANY
FOR WORKERS COMPENSATION CLAIMS ADMINISTRATION
(Effective December 1, 1985, monthly fee of $2,100.00)
a copy of which is hereby attached and by this reference made a part
hereof.
I, JEANNE M. LEONCINI, Clerk of the City of San Rafael, hereby
certify that the foregoing resolution was duly and regularly intro-
duced and adopted at a Regular meeting of the City Council of said
City held on Monday
the 16th day of December ,
19 85 , by the following vote, to wit:

AP'IENDMENT NUMBER III
WORKERS' COMPENSATION CLAIMS ADMINISTRATION
It is hereby understood and agreed that the Memorandum of Agreement dated
December 1, 1976, between the City of San Rafael and R. L. Kautz & Co. is
amended as follows:
Effective December 1, 1935, remuneration to R. L. Kautz & Co. will
be on the basis of a monthly fee of $2100.00 to be paid at the
beginning of each month for which claims services are to be
rendered.
All other items of the initial agreement remain in full force and effect.
This amendment is accepted and formalized this 16th day of
December , 1985.
