RESOLUTION AMENDING RESOLUTION OF INTENTION NO. 6811
CIVIC CENTER - NORTHGATE ASSESSMENT DISTRICT
The City Council of the City of San Rafael resolves:
This Council amends Resolution of Intention No. 6811
adopted on May 7, 1984, by adding the following paragraph to the
description of work:
A. Construction of a sanitary sewer pumping station
to be located adjacent to and northwesterly of the
Northwestern Pacific Railroad right of way
approximately 1,800 feet northeasterly from Civic
Center Drive.
B. Construction of approximately 2,250 feet of
force main from said pumping station northeasterly
along said railroad right of way and crossing same
to connect with Las Gallinas Valley Sanitary
District "Mulligan" force main.
C. The acquisition of all necessary interests in
real property.
and by deleting the bond paragraph on page 2 and substituting
therefor the following:
Serial bonds representing unpaid assessment, and
bearing interest at a rate not to exceed twelve
percent (12%) per annum, will be issued in the
manner provided by the Improvement Bond Act of 1915
(Division 10, Streets and Highways Code), and the
last installment of the bonds shall mature not to
exceed twenty-four (24) years from the second day of
September next succeeding twelve (12) months from
their date.
I, JEANNE M. LEONCINI, Clerk of the City of San Rafael,
California, hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was duly
and regularly introduced and adopted at a regular meeting of the
Council of said City held on the 16th day of December, 1985, by the
following vote, to wit:
