LEONCINI, City Clerk AMENDMENT TO OPTION TO PURCHASE AGREEMENT THIS AMENDMENT TO OPTION TO PURCHASE is made and entered into this day of December, 1985, by OSJENS MORTGAGE COMPANY, a Corporation, now known as OWENS FINANCIAL GROUP, INC_,. herein designated "OWENS" and the 14ARIN COUNTY OPEN SPACE DISTRICT, a political subdivision of the State of California, and the CITY OF SAN RAFAEL, a municipal corporation., hereinafter designated "DISTRICT/CITY" and whereby the parties hereto agree as follows: WHEREAS, OWENS AND DISTRICT/CITY have heretofore entered into an OPTION TO PURCHASE AGREEMENT dated February 2,60, 1985 for the purchase of that certain 9.02 acres of land - f described as Assessor's Parcels 10-011-18 and 10-041-42 which OPTION TO PURCHASE AGREEMENT is attached hereto and made a part hereof by reference;'and WHEREAS, OWENS AND DISTRICT/CITY desire to amend said OPTION TO PURCHASE AGREEMENT by reducing the purchase price and extending the term.
