A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF SAN RAFAEL, SETTING THE
SALARY OF THE CITY ATTORNEY
Effective January 1, 1986, the City Attorney shall be
compensated as follows: $5,545 per month.
This resolution shall take effect upon its adoption.
The terms of this resolution will take effect on January 1, 1986,
and expire no later than June 30, 1986.
I, JEANNE M. LEONCINI, Clerk of the City of San Rafael,
hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was duly and
regularly introduced and adopted at a REGULAR meeting of the
City Council of said City held on Monday, the 16th day of
December, 1985, by the following vote, to wit:
AYES: COUNCILMEMBERS: Breiner, Nave, Russom & Mayor Mulryan
NOES: COUNCILMEMBERS: Frugoli
ABSENT: COUNCILMEMBERS: None
