A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF SAN RAFAEL, AMENDING THE CONTRACT
OF THE DEPUTY CITY ATTORNEY
WHEREAS, the City Council has authorized the Assistant City
Attorney to take a six month leave of absence; and
WHEREAS, in the interim, additional responsibility will be as-
sumed by the Deputy City Attorney.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that effective January 1, 1986,
the city of San Rafael hereby amends its agreement with the Deputy City
Attorney, dated March 1, 1985, attached hereto and incorporated herewith,
as follows:
1. The Deputy City Attorney will receive salary at the
rate of $3,000.00 per month.
2. City shall contribute $138.44 per month to the
Deputy City Attorney's health care benefits.
3. The term of the amended agreement will be January
1, 1986 to June 30, 1986.
4. The Deputy City Attorney will continue to accumu-
late both paid vacation time off and sick leave at
the rate of 6.6 hours per month. Any vacation time
or.,sick leave already accumulated by the Deputy
ti;ty Attorney will be carried over for the term of
this agreement.
This resolution shall take effect upon its adoption. The terms
of this resolution will take effect on January 1, 1986.
I, JEANNE M. LEONCINI, clerk of the city of San Rafael, hereby
certify that the foregoing resolution was duly and regularly introduced
and adopted at a Regular meeting of the City Council of said city held
on Mondav the 16th
day of December , 1985,
