A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
SAN RAFAEL LOANING $130,000 TO THE SAN RAFAEL
REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY
WHEREAS, there has been presented to this Council a
proposed budget for redevelopment activities from March 1, 1985
to May 31, 1985; and
WHEREAS, the San Rafael Redevelopment Agency desires to
borrow funds necessary to pay for said costs.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of San Rafael, California:
THAT the sum of up to $130,000 is hereby transferred
from the unappropriated General Fund reserves to the San Rafael
Redevelopment Agency as a loan to be paid back to the General
Fund at 9% interest solely from the revenues of said Agency on or
before June 28, 1985.
I, JEANNE M. LEONCINI, Clerk of the City of San Rafael,
hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was duly and regularly
introduced and adopted at a regular meeting of the Council of said
City on Mondav , the 19th day of Febrijary 1985, by the
following vote, to wit:
AYES: COUNCILMEMBERS:Breiner, Frugoli, Nave, Russom & Mayor Mulryan
NOES: COUNCILMEMBERS:None
