Home My WebLink AboutCC Resolution 7046 (Misc Personnel)RESOLUTION NO. 7046 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN RAFAEL AMENDING RESOLUTIONS NO. 6690 AND NO. 6691 PERTAINING TO COMPENSATION FOR MANAGEMENT AND MID -MANAGEMENT EMPLOYEES AND PERTAINING TO THE COMPENSATION AND WORKING CONDITIONS FOR MISCELLANEOUS PERSONNEL (Public Works) WHEREAS, MEMORANDA OF Understanding dated December 5, 1983 have been executed and adopted regarding the wages, hours, and working conditions of the City's management, mid -management, and miscellaneous employees, and; WHEREAS, certain positions covered by these Memoranda of Under- standing have been evaluated for their conformance with current goals and objectives of the City Council; and, WHEREAS, the positions enumerated below are those that need to be reclassified or retitled. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of San Rafael as follows: Section 1: The schedule attached as Exhibit "B", Section 1B, on Resolution No. 6691 is hereby amended as follows: Delete: Land Development Engineer. Minimum: $2,697 Maximum: $3,191 Insert: Assistant Director of Public Works.
