CITY OF SAKI RAFAEL
PRESENTS THIS
TO
DONN NISSEN
WHEREAS, the San Rafael City Council voted on January 21, 1980 to
appoint Donn Nissen as a charter member of the San Rafael
Police Advisory Commission; and
WIIEREAS, Donn Nissen's colleagues on the Police Advisory Commis-
sion recognized him by electing him chairman in 1982; and
WHEREAS, Donn Nissen has contributed many hours of service and
dedication to the Commission and S.-tn Rafael Police Depart-
ment; and
WHEREAS, through the efforts of Donn Nissen and his concern to
improve the quality of life in his community, he has assisted
in making San Rafael a better community in which to live.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City
of San Rafael, by adoption of this Resolution, commends Donn
Nissen for his record of voluntary service on the Police
Advisory Commission for the City of San Rafael.
