A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
SAN RAFAEL AUTHORIZING THE SIGNING OF A CONTRACT
LEASE OR AGREEMENT
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN RAFAEL RESOLVES as follows:
The MAYOR and CITY CLERK are authorized to execute, on
behalf of the City of San Rafael, a Supplemental Fiscal Agreement
Amendment with the San Rafael Redevelopment Agency, San Rafael
Elementary School District and San Rafael High School District Re
Tax Increment Financing for the San Rafael Redevelopment Agency,
a copy of which is hereby attached and by this reference made a
part hereof.
I, JEANNE M. LEONCINI, Clerk of the City of San Rafael,
hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was duly and regularly
introduced and adopted at a regular meeting of the Council of said
City on Monday , the 4th day of March 1985, by the
following vote, to wit:

SUPPLE14ENT TO FISCAL AGREEMENT AMr'TDMENT
This Supplement to Fiscal Agreement Amendment is made
this 4th day of March , 1985, by and between
the San Rafael Redevelopment Agency (the "Agency") and
the San Rafael Elementary School District and the San Rafael
High School District.
WHEREAS, the parties hereto have heretofore entered
into a Fiscal Agreement, dated September 11, 1984, together
with other various exhibits thereto, as amended on December 18, 1984,
and now desire to supplement such Fiscal Agreement Amendment
as follows:
Section 1. Paragraph 3. Revisions to Agreement shall
be amended to read as follows by deleting:
"Except as tax increments may be pledged to -the payment
of all bonds issued by the Agency."
Furthermore, the following shall be added to said paragraph:
"The parties hereto understand and agree that any
action taken to ameliorate such fiscal burden cannot
affect the pledge of tax increments to the payment
of debt service on then currently outstanding tax
allocation bonds issued by the Agency."
All other provisions of said Fiscal Agreement Amendment
remain unchanged.
