A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF SAN RAFAEL AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 6690
PERTAINING TO THE COMPENSATION AND WORKING
CONDITIONS FOR MISCELLANEOUS P9ASONNEL
(Re: Secretary II Position
WHEREAS, a Memorandum of Understanding dated
December 5, 1983, has been executed and adopted regarding
the wages, hours and working conditions of the City's Miscellaneous
employees; and
WHEREAS, a position covered by this Memorandum of
Understanding has been evaluated for a change in classification;
and
WHEREAS, funds have been authorized in the 1984/85
budget for an adjustment in the salary of this position.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council
of the City of San Rafael as follows:
Section 1. The schedule describing classes of
positions and salary ranges attached in Exhibit C of the
Memorandum of Understanding between the City of San Rafael
and Marin Association of Public Employees is hereby modified
to include the following:

I, JEANNE M. LEONCINI, Clerk of the City of San
Rafael, hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was
duly and regularly introduced and adopted at the regular
meeting of the Council of said City on Monday
