A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF SAN RAFAEL ACCEPTING GRANT OF
ACCESS EASEMENTS FOR MAINTENANCE DREDGING
AT 625 GRAND AVENUE (FERRO PLAZA).
WHEREAS, public interest, convenience and welfare require
that the easements hereinafter mentioned be accepted and used for
the benefit of the public of the City of San Rafael, California;
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED by the City Council
of the City of San Rafael, California, that that certain grant deed
for ingress and egress for maintenance dredging of the San Rafael
Canal at 625 Grand Avenue, executed by Angelo M. and Irma Ferro to the
City of San Rafael, dated December 18, 1984, be and the same is hereby
accepted and the Clerk of said City is hereby directed to cause said
conveyance to be duly recorded in the office of the County Recorder
of the County of Marin, State of California, forthwith upon the
adoption of this resolution.
I, JEANNE M. LEONCINI, Clerk of the City of San Rafael,
California, hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was duly
and regularly introduced and adopted at a regular meeting of the
Council of said City held on the 15th day of April, 1985, by the
following vote, to wit:

THAT certain real property.- situate in the City of Sar. Rafael, Count• of
Marin, State of Californaa, described as follows:
Non Exclusive Easements for the purposes of i Gress and egress for main-
tenance dredging of the San Rafael Canal, more particularly described as
fol) ows :
Easement No. 1
A strip of land thirty (30') feet in width, the Northerly line of said
strip being described as follows: Beginning at the Northwesterly corner
of Parcel "A" as said parcel is shown on that certain map entitled,
"Parcel Map Lands of Ferro....", recorded June 20, 1984 in Book 22 of
Parcel Maps, at Page 16, Marin County Records; running thence from said
Northwesterly corner and point of beginning, South 750 03' 56" Fast along
the Northerly line of said parcel, a distance of ninety (90) feet to a point
of termination.
Easement No. 2
A strip of land twenty five (25) feet in width, the Easterly line of said
strip being described as follows: Beginninq at a point which bears South
750 03' 56" Fast 45.00 feet from the Northwesterly corner of Parcel "A" as
said parcel is shown on that certain map entitled, "Parcel Map Lands of
Ferro ....", recorded June 20, 1984 in Book 22 of Parcel Maps, at Page 16,
Marin County Records; running thence from said point of beginning, South
13° 19' 40" West 1.32 feet more or less to the Northerly line of Francisco
Boulevard. Excepting therefrom that portion thereof lying within Easement
No. 1 above.
