A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF SAN RAFAEL AUTHORIZING THE PURCHASE OF
ONE (1) RIDING TURFMOWER UTILIZING EQUIPMENT
REPLACEMENT FUNDS
WHEREAS, the San Rafael City Council authorized replace-
ment of this turfmower; and
WHEREAS, specifications were drawn and bids solicited
for this turfmower; and
WHEREAS, bids have been received by the General Services
Department staff.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the San Rafael City
Council that the following action be taken: Purchase the following
award of bid: One Jacobsen Turf mower model DW -220 Turfcat II with
72" deck; per specifications and bid received from H. V. Carter,
Inc., for the amount of $9,540.00.
