A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF SAN RAFAEL AUTHORIZING THE PURCHASE OF
EIGHT (8) LAW ENFORCEMENT 4 -DOOR SEDANS
UTILIZING EQUIPMENT REPLACEMENT FUNDS
WHEREAS, the San Rafael City Council authorized replace-
ment of these eight (8) law enforcement 4 -door sedans; and
WHEREAS, specifications were drawn and bids solicited
for the aforsaid units; and
WHEREAS, no bids have been received by the General
Services Department staff.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the San Rafael City
Council that the following action be taken: Purchase the following
eight (8) law enforcement 4 -door sedans Ford LTD from the cooper-
ative purchasing, Department of General Services Office of Pro-
curement, State of California, for a unit price of $10,886.52.
Total expenditure $87,092.19.
I, JEANNE M. LEONCINI, Clerk of the City of San Rafael,
hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was duly and regularly
introduced and adopted at a regular meeting of the Council of said
City on Monday , the 6th day of May 1985, by the
following vote, to wit:
AYES: COUNCILMEMBERS: Frugoli, Nave, Russom & Mayor Mulryan
NOES: COUNCILMEMBERS: None
ABSENT: COUNCILMEMBERS: Breiner
