TO
CLARICE KRAEMER
WHEREAS, Clarice Kraemer has served the San Rafael
Community for ten years as a member of the Library Board of
Trustees; and
WHEREAS, Mrs. Kraemer was one of the founders of the
first Friends of the Library group in San Rafael; and
WHEREAS, Mrs. Kraemer was one of the original advocates
of library outreach services to the institutionalized elderly and
homebound, and was instrumental in outreach becoming a service
of the San Rafael Public Library; and
WHEREAS, Mrs. Kraemer has been active on a statewide
level as an officer in the California Association of Library
Trustees and Commissioners.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of
the City of San Rafael hereby extends its appreciation to Clarice
Kraemer for her devoted service to the community as a member of
the Library Board of Trustees.
