RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF SAN RAFAEL APPROVING THE ISSUANCE AND
SALE BY THE SAN RAFAEL REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY
OF $12,000,000 PRINCIPAL AMOUNT OF CENTRAL
SAN RAFAEL REDEVELOPMENT PROJECT TAX
ALLOCATION BONDS, SERIES 1985
WHEREAS, the San Rafael Redevelopment Agency, by
proceedings duly had and taken in the form of its Resolution
Nos. 85-2 and 85-11, adopted on February 4, 1985, and June 3,
1985, respectively, has authorized the issuance of
$12,000,000 principal amount of its San Rafael Redevelopment
Agency, Central San Rafael Redevelopment Project Tax
Allocation Bonds, Series 1985 (the "Bonds"), for the purpose
of providing funds for the redevelopment of the Central San
Rafael Redevelopment Project; and
WHEREAS, by its Resolution 85-12 adopted on June 3,
1985, the San Rafael Redevelopment Agency has authorized the
sale of the Bonds.
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN
RAFAEL DOES RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. The issuance and sale of $12,000,000
principal amount of San Rafael Redevelopment Agency, Central
San Rafael Redevelopment Project Tax Allocation Bonds, Series
1985, by the San Rafael Redevelopment Agency is hereby
approved.
Section 2. This Resolution shall become effective
immediately upon its passage and adoption.
I, JEANNE M. LEONCINI, Clerk of the City of San
Rafael, hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was duly

and regularly introduced and adopted at a regular meeting of
the City Council of said City held on the 3rd day of
June 1985, by the following vote, to wit:
AYES: COUNCILMEMBERS: Breiner, Frugoli, Nave, Russom & Mayor Mulryan
NOES: COUNCILMEMBERS: None
ABSENT: COUNCILMEMBERS: None

I, JEANNE M. LEONCINI, City Clerk of the City of San
Rafael, hereby certify as follows:
The foregoing is a full, true and correct copy of a
resolution duly adopted at a regular meeting of City Council
of said City duly and legally held at the regular meeting
place thereof on June 3, 1985, of which meeting all of the
members of said City Council had due notice and at which a
majority thereof were present.
At said meeting said resolution was adopted by the
following vote:
Ayes: CouncilmembersBreiner, Frugoli, Nave, Russom & Ctai
Noes: Councilmembers None 11
Absent: Councilmembers-None
I have carefully compared the same with the original
minutes of said meeting on file and of record in my office and
the foregoing is a full, true and correct copy of the original
resolution adopted at said meeting and entered in said minutes.
Said resolution has not been amended, modified or
rescinded since the date of its adoption, and the same is now
in full force and effect.
