A RESOLUTION OF THE SAN RAFAEL CITY COUNCIL AUTHORIZING
THE PURCHASE OF TWO REPLACEMENT VEHICLES. (RE ONE
(1) h TON PICKUP TRUCK FOR PARKS DEPARTMENT AND ONE
10,000 GVW CAB & CHASSIS FOR PUBLIC WORKS) UTILIZING
EQUIPMENT REPLACEMENT FUNDS.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN RAFAEL RESOLVES as follows:
WHEREAS; the San Rafael City Council authorized replace-
ment of said vehicles; and
WHEREAS; specifications were drawn and bids solicited
for said vehicles; and
WHEREAS; bids have been received by the General Services
department staff.
NOW, THEREFORE, be it resolved by the San Rafael City
Council that the following action be taken:
Purchase the following award of bid:
One (1) k Ton Pickup Truck GMC low responsible bidder,
Troncatty Pontiac GMC, Inc. for $8451.92.
One (1) 10,000 GVW Cab & Chassis low responsible bidder,
Troncatty Pontiac GMC, Inc. for $10,131.53.
Total expenditure $18,623.05.
I, JEANNE M. LEONCINI, Clerk of the City of San Rafael,
hereby certify that the forgoing resolution was duly and regularly
introduced and adopted at a regular meeting of the Council
of said City on Monday , the Third day of June , 1985,
by the following vote, to wit:
AYES: COUNCILMEMBERS:Breiner, Frugoli, Nave, Russom & Mayor Mulrya
NOES: COUNCILMEMBERS:None
