A RESOLUTION OF THE SAN RAFAEL CITY COUNCIL
AUTHORIZING THE PURCHASE OF ONE (1) AUTOMOTIVE COMPUTER
TEST CENTER WITH EPA EMISSION ANALYZER MODULE UTILIZING
BUDGETED FUNDS FISCAL YEAR 1984/85
WHEREAS, The San Rafael City Council authorized acquisition of One (1)
Automotive Computerized Test Center with EPA Emmission Analyzer Module; and
WHEREAS, specifications were drawn and bids solicited; and
WHEREAS, bids have been received by the General Services Department
Staff.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the San Rafael City Council that the
following action be taken.
Purchase the following award of bid:
One (1) Allen Computer Test Center Model 62-500 with EPA Emmission Analyzer
Module per specifications, and Bid received from Allen Test Products Inc.
for the amount of $18,571.20, lowest responsible bidder.
I, JEANNE M. LEONCINI, Clerk of the City of San Rafael, hereby
certify that the foregoing resolution was duly and regularly introduced
and adopted at a Regular meeting of the City Council of said City held
on Monday the 17th day of June , 19 85 , by the following
vote, to wit:
AYES: COUNCILMEMBERS: Breiner, Frugoli, Nave, Russom & Payor Mulrvan
NOES: COUNCILMEMBERS: None
