A RESOLUTION OF THE SAN RAFAEL CITY COUNCIL
AUTHORIZING THE PURCHASE OF
ONE VACUUM LEAF LOADER
WHEREAS, The San Rafael City Council of the City of San Rafael
authorized the replacement of a vacuum leaf loader; and,
WHEREAS, specifications were drawn and bids solicited; and,
WHEREAS, bids have been received by the General Services
Department staff;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the San Rafael City Council
that the following action be taken:
ACTION
Purchase the following award of bid: One (1) American Road
Machinery Universal Leaf Loader - Model No. 1000-2, from Edward R.
Bacon Company, Sacramento, California for the amount of $10,718.72;
lowest responsible bid that meets specifications.
I, JEANNE M. LEONCINI, Clerk of the City of San Rafael, hereby
certify that the foregoing resolution was duly and regularly
introduced and adopted at a regular meeting of the Council of said
City on the first day of July, 1985, by the following vote, to wit:
AYES: COUNCILMEMBERS:Frugoli, Nave, Russom & Mayor Mulryan
NOES: COUNCILMEMBERS:None
ABSENT: COUNCILMEMBERS:Breiner
