A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE PURCHASE OF
ONE (1) HOT PATCHER, TRUCK MOUNTED,
UTILIZING EQUIPMENT REPLACEMENT FUNDS
WHEREAS, The San Rafael City Council authorized replacement of one (1)
Hot Patcher, Truck Mounted; and
WHEREAS, specifications were drawn and bids solicited; and
WHEREAS, bids have been received by the General Services department
staff.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the San Rafael City Council that the
following action be taken:
Purchase the following award of bid:
one (1) Hot Patcher Truck Mounted, P -B Unitized Patcher Model B4 installed
on one (1) International Cab & Chassis Truck Model No. 1754 from ISI
International of San Rafael, California for the amount of $58,830.00;
lowest responsible bid that meets specifications.
I, JEANNE M. LEONCINI, Clerk of the City of San Rafael, hereby certify
that the foregoing resolution was duly and regularly introduced and adopted
at a ReV111ar meeting of the City council of said City held on Monday
the First day of July 19 85 by the following vote, to
wit:

NOES: COUNCILMEMBERS:None
