A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
SAN RAFAEL AMENDING THE 1984/85 BUDGET
WHEREAS, the City Council approved Resolutions 6872
and 7031 adopting and later amending the 1984/85 budget; and
WHEREAS, additional funds are required for liability
and Workers Comp claims; and
WHEREAS, additional funds are requested for the Prospect
Drive Slide Repair, the Canal Street Pipe Replacement, the
acquisition of street lights, and the San Pedro Road repair.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of San Rafael that Resolution #7031 is amended to pro-
vide an additional $1,011,669 for General Fund expenditures.
I, JEANNE M. LEONCINI, Clerk of the City of San Rafael,
hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was duly and regularly
introduced and adopted at a regular meeting of the Council of said
City on Monday , the 1st day of July 1985, by the
following vote, to wit:
AYES: COUNCILMEMBERS: Frugoli, Nave, Russom & Mayor Mulryan
NOES: COUNCILMEMBERS: None
ABSENT: COUNCILMEMBERS: Breiner
