A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF SAN RAFAEL .AMENDING RESOLUTION
NO. 6866 TO PROVIDE FOR INCREASE IN SALARY
FOR THE MANAGEMENT POSITION OF CITY CLERK
WHEREAS, funds have been authorized in the 1985-86 tentatively
adopted budget for an adjustment in the salary of the position of
City Clerk, based on job performance.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of San Rafael, that effective July 1, 1985, the following
salary range is hereby created for this Management position:

I, JEANNE M. LEONCINI, Clerk of the City of San Rafael,
hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was duly and regularly
introduced and adopted at a regular meeting of the Council of said
City on Monday , the First day of July , 1985, by
the following vote, to wit:
