A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF SAN RAFAEL AMENDING RESOLUTION NO.
7120 REGARDING APPOINTMENT OF CITY MANAGER,
EFFECTIVE JULY 15, 1985
WHEREAS, the City Council at a regular meeting held on
June 17, 1985, adopted Resolution No. 7120 appointing Ted A.
Gaebler,City Manager, effective July 22, 1985; and
WHEREAS, the City Council now wishes to make the
appointment effective on July 15, 1985:
NOW, THEREFORE IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED that Ted A. Gaebler
is appointed City Manager of the City of San Rafael, effective
July 15, 1985.
I, JEANNE M. LEONCINI, Clerk of the City of San Rafael,
hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was duly and
regularly introduced and adopted at a REGULAR meeting of
the City Council of said City held on MONDAY , the
15th day of JULY , 1985 , by the following vote, to wit:
