A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF SAN RAFAEL AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 6691
PERTAINING TO THE COMPENSATION FOR MANAGEMENT
AND MID -MANAGEMENT EMPLOYEES
(Superintendent of Public Works)
WHEREAS, a Memorandum of Understanding dated December 5, 1983, has been
executed and adopted regarding the wages, hours, and working conditions of
the City's management and mid -management employees; and
WHEREAS, a position covered by the Memorandum of Understanding has been
evaluated for a revision to the existing salary range; and
WHEREAS, the position of Superintendent of Public Works will be taking
on significant additional responsibility as the result of a Joint Powers
Agreement between the City of San Rafael and the San Rafael Sanitation
District.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of San
Rafael, as follows:
Section 1: The schedule attached as Exhibit "B" on Resolution 6691 is
hereby amended as follows:

I, JEANNE M. LEONCINI, Clerk of the City of San Rafael, hereby certify
that the foregoing resolution was duly and regularly introduced and adopted
at a regular meeting of the Council of said City on Mondav , the Seventh
